	Consultations
	In my Studio: If you live in the Treasure Valley, please call or e-mail for an appointment.   Typically it will only take about 20 minutes to help you make decisions about what you want.  Once you have made an appointment, please keep it. This time has been reserved for you.
	In your Home: If you have difficulty meeting with me, I sometimes travel to your home or office to discuss a commission, if the distance is not too great.    It is also possible to meet in a restaurant, however I prefer to have meetings in my studio.

E-Mail: It is possible to communicate through an e-mail.    You can attach a photo for me to approve.    If the quality is good, I may be able to draw from the attachment.    For best results I prefer to draw from the original photo.    You may need to mail them or enlarged copies.   Send e-mail attachments at 300 dpi, image size 5"x7", to 8"x10", in JPEG format.

Telephone: We can discuss a commission over the phone if you like.   We need to discuss the subject, size and price.   It is best that you e-mail the photos you are considering, so I can make sure they will make a good drawing before you mail them.

U.S. Mail: To order by mail, print out the Order Form on this site and fill in the blanks.  Mail the form with your instructions, photographs and deposit.   Your photographs will be returned with your portrait.  Order Form

Choosing Portrait Size

Individual Portrait: Contact me via phone or e-mail and describe what you are looking for.   I will recommend the size that will work best for your needs.   A 9" x 12" size up to a 16" x 20" portrait generally work well for one individual, however I recommend the 12" x 16" or 14" x 18" size for the best results.

Couple Portraits: I recommend at least a 9" x 12" minimum size for each person.   Two people this size will fit into a 12" x 16" frame, without a mat.    Two 11" x 12" size portraits will be even better.   I can draw the couple even larger.

Deadlines

If you have a specific occasion at which you would like to present the drawing, please let me know at the time of the commission.   I will make sure that your portrait is complete, approved and delivered on time.   If I am too booked to meet a deadline, I will tell you.   Please try to order 1-3 months in advance.

Rush Order: Orders needed in under two weeks are considered Rush Orders.   There will be a $50 fee to guarantee rush delivery.
