How to Order Custom Portraits |

| Ordering a portrait is easy! | Custom Portrait | Traditional Portrait |

1. Choose the subject: Any number of images can be combined to create a one-of-a kind, exciting drawing! Check out the Portrait Gallery for ideas for all occasions! |

2. Find good quality photographs: A 5"x7" or 8"x10" photo is best, however some snapshots will work. E-mail me the scanned image for proofing. I can tell if it will make a good drawing. Send e-mail attachments at 300 dpi, image size 5"x7" to 8"x10" in JPEG format. Choosing Photos |

3. Choose a style: Traditional or custom designs - A Traditional portrait includes the head & shoulders only, while a custom portrait includes multiple images. Portrait Gallery |

4. Choose a size: I recommend a 12"x16" or larger size for the best results, however, a 11"x14" or 9"x12" portrait will work for individual portraits. Smaller portraits for individuals are not as satisfactory but possible. Choosing Size |

5. Receive three price quotes: If your portrait includes multiple images, I will need to view the photos to recommend a layout. I will quote 3 sizes and optional ways to draw the images. Consultations Custom Idea Portrait Pricing |

6. Fill out order form: Order Form |

7. Pay 50% deposit: Once you have made a decision on how the drawing will look and are comfortable with the price, your deposit will secure your commission and the drawing can be started. I can accept money orders and cashier's checks. Debit or credit payments are accepted by Paypal. |

8. The drawing is completed: Your drawing will be completed approximately 4-8 weeks depending on the agreed deadline. Once the drawing is completed, you may view it at my studio or on-line. Under your direction, changes to the drawing are made if necessary. Artist Guarantee Deadlines/Rush Orders |

9. Make final payment: Payment in full is needed prior to delivery. If you want your drawing to be framed please let me know. Framing |

10. Shipment or delivery of portrait: If you live locally, you will be called to pick up your drawing. If mailing is needed, you will be billed for shipping and packaging prior to shipment. Shipping |
