Welcome to my site! I have worked as a professional artist in Boise, Idaho for over 15 years. A native of Texas, I moved to Idaho and studied art at Boise State University. I graduated Cum Laude in 1989, receiving my Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree in Graphic Design and Illustration.

I am an award-winning Boise portrait artist, photographer and watercolorist. Realizing it takes more than talent to become a successful artist, I have acquired a great deal of business training. Due to this training and experience, I have won awards in public speaking, business planning and marketing.

Since early childhood, I have loved to draw and paint. I gain inspiration for my paintings from photographing, sketching and painting along the scenic rivers, beautiful local parks and historic downtown Boise, Idaho.

I am also a published illustrator, art instructor and professional face-artist. I am a serious artist, however, I paint faces for fun and because it makes people happy! My crew of artists and I create elaborate full-face designs which are a huge hit at large events!
